Is this where we'd layout the organizational structure of the core MTG team and the ever expanding list of volunteers? If so, I'd say let's take a page from the DotNetNuke team and have an inner team and an outer team. The inner team develops the vision and helps focus the efforts of those in the outer team. The members of the inner team specialize in their area of expertise (development, content management, copy, marketing, etc.) and the members of the outer team work on specific tasks in those areas.

• The World Wide Web Consortium has some interesting structures we might want to copy. Particularly how it provides an umbrella organization for multiple different projects.
